Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order, please let us know within 2 hours of placing it to ensure we have not started working on your products yet.
In regards to cancellations, please contact us so we can provide a return address. Once we have received the products back, we will start working on your new products. Please note that it is your responsibility for the products to return to us in perfect condition, so make sure you package them safely and we recommend adding tracking, if available. If the items are returned damaged or they don't make it back, unfortunately we will not be able to proceed with your return.
Please note orders can't be returned for a refund, they must be exchanged.
While we love living in sunny Costa Rica, it does mean that your order might take a little longer to reach you. Please allow up to 22 business days for it to arrive. In regards to tracking, unfortunately we can't offer it as the option doesn't work once the package leaves Costa Rica. If you have any questions about your order, please send us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Our usual processing time is 5 to 7 business days, if that were to change we would add a notice at the top of the page, so make sure to check that for most current info!
Our website counts with an SSL certificate, which ensures all of your information will remain private and integral. We also use Shopify Payments and PayPal for checkout, which means we have no way of accessing your payment information.
