When will my order ship?
Our current processing time will always be posted at the very top of our website, please refer to that for the most recent information.
How long does shipping take?
We live in sunny Costa Rica, which means that our shipping is a little special. For our US orders, shipping takes 6 to 8 business days. During this time, please note that the first few days your tracking will stay in "pre-shipment" as it takes a few days to get the orders from Costa Rica to the US. Once in the US, the orders will be delivered to USPS at which point your tracking will start updating and it should take 2-3 days to get to you from there.
If you are NOT in the US, unfortunately we can't offer premium shipping for other countries, so your order will take 15 to 22 business days to get to you. We promise they're worth the wait!
Does my order have tracking?
If you are in the US, we will track your order until it reaches our assistant in Las Vegas and from there you will be able to track it on the USPS website.
If you are NOT in the US, your order will have a tracking number that will update when we drop off the orders in the post office and will keep updating until it leaves Costa Rica. Unfortunately, after that, it is up to your country to keep updating the tracking once your order gets to them and sometimes they don't update. If it's past the estimated delivery date you can contact your local post office and usually they will be able to locate the package with the tracking number provided.
Do you accept custom orders?
We love to! If you have a great idea for a sticker design, please send us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a custom quote.
Could you alter a current design to better fit my needs?
Absolutely! Depending on the edit, we might even be able to make the change free of charge, just contact us prior to placing your order!
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know within 2 hours of checking out to ensure that we have not started working on your order yet.
Can I exchange or return my order?
While we don't accept returns, we gladly accept exchanges! Just sent us a message and we will send you all the information required for the exchange. Please note that customers are responsible for ensuring that the package returns to us in perfect condition.
